JAWAPAN: Dapatkan ilmu kewangan.

AbangAbu amat yakin bahawa 2012 akan menjadi satu tahun yang terbaik untuk anda sekiranya anda mendapatkan ilmu ilmu kewangan dalam mengharungi masa masa sukar 2012. Ilmu ilmu kewangan seperti membuat bajet, pengurusan kewangan, pelaburan, serta idea idea penjanaan wang  harus diberikan perhatian.

Jika anda masih lagi bingung dan tidak mahu menimba ilmu kewangan maka , anda akan terus akan menjadi lebih tertekan. Walau pelbagai bantuan yang diberikan oleh pelbagai pihak , masalah anda akan tetap sama dan tidak akan berubah jika tidak mendapatkan ilmu ilmu kewangan.

Yesterday on 11 jun 2011 , I was together with Iluvislam.com Imran Kuyobe and ESQ165 Pak Arif conducted a talk session for about 100 plus people at Cairnhill CC.

It was great session and one thing that i feel that was good that Imran Kuyobe shared for building a great business using the acronym  S A I L.

S that he mentioned is about sales, The most important to have in business is SALES. He mentioned about it is the single most important thing that an organization should focus on. The greater the sales the better that the organization will expand towards betterment.

AbangAbu agree completely with that statement, And when we say it is about focusing on sales not meant that we have to get the sales in unethical ways.

A is about adding value. Ask your self about what value does you give to your customer? Example of IluvIslam creates a value for people to understand islam and it was started focusing on students that lives in UK.

AbangAbu completely agree that adding value to your customer, your employees and also the world around you. In a nut shell you must keep adding value that will make the world a better place to live.

I is all about INVEST. He mentioned that to grow your business you have to invest. And it is all proven case that all the business which achieve success have done a smart and proper investments.

It was a pleasure being as a speaker at Million Dollar Marketing Strategy which just finish at Roxy Square Hotel with Fadzuli Wahab, Suria Mohd  and Noor Mohamad.

After the session , i can see many are excited to get into taking action by signing up for courses that been offered by everyone.

First, Congratulations for taking that 1st STEP in investing in yourself by attending trainings and workshops.  This is what i had done many years ago , going for talks and signing up seminars after seminars spending more that $40k+ in the process .

As mingling around with many attendees i realize that many of these people are aspiring to succeed. However are they ready with the real tools to get there. Many of them are trying to make money without understanding the legal aspect of it and they tent to break the rule that set by the authorities.

And many thought they can make money without understanding the important of having proper Money engine for the business. Some just don’t understand what is this all about.

Bengkel maraton tingkat niaga Internet

Bagi memanfaatkan sepenuh tujuan itu, Rangkaian Usahawan Muda Dewan Perniagaan dan Perusahaan Melayu Singapura (DPPMS) atau Yen@SMCCI akan mengadakan bengkel maraton tentang penggunaan e-book (buku elektronik) dan menggunakan Internet bagi tujuan meningkatkan penjualan perniagaan.

Bengkel sehari pada Ahad ini yang akan diadakan di bangunan Dewan, Jalan Pinang, disokong oleh syarikat perunding cara Internet, Ed Borhan Pte Ltd, dan Now Asia (Chicago Style LLP).

Bengkel itu akan menampilkan dua penceramah yang mahir dalam bidang Internet dan e-book – pemilik syarikat Ed Borhan Pte Ltd, Encik Nur Shaheed Borhan; dan pakar FaceBook dari Kedah, Encik Arshad atau lebih dikenali sebagai Master Arshad.

Berkerusi roda dan sebagai usahawan berusia 23 tahun, Encik Arshad belajar sendiri kursus-kursus Internet secara dalam talian selama setahun lebih untuk meningkatkan kemahirannya dalam pelbagai bidang Internet.

Dengan kemahiran teknologi maklumat (IT) itu, beliau, yang suka mengarang buku dalam bahasa Melayu di Malaysia, kini dapat menjual hasil karyanya menerusi Internet dan menjana sekitar RM13,000 ($5,400) sebulan.

‘Para peserta bengkel ini akan diajar bagaimana mencari pelbagai idea dan inspirasi untuk menulis e-book peribadi mereka sendiri dengan menggunakan sofwe e-book yang akan disediakan secara percuma semasa bengkel itu.

‘Satu lagi ilmu yang akan diajar kepada para peserta dalam bengkel itu ialah bagaimana memaksimumkan keuntungan perniagaan menerusi penggunaan pasaran Internet,’ kata Encik Abuayubul Ansari, Pengerusi Yen@SMCCI.

E-book peribadi dapat mengasingkan seseorang daripada pesaingnya. Ia boleh menggalakkan masyarakat awam supaya menjalankan perniagaan secara langsung dengan pemilik e-book peribadi itu.

Pelbagai maklumat dan tip seperti bagaimana untuk menentukan harga dan memasarkan e-book juga akan dikongsi dalam bengkel tersebut.

Bagi mereka yang tidak mempunyai komputer riba peribadi, bengkel itu telah mendapatkan syarikat penyewa komputer, Buttersnapz, untuk menyediakan komputer riba bagi para peserta semasa bengkel tersebut.

Seminar dalam bahasa Melayu itu akan diadakan dari 8.30 pagi hingga 8 malam dan disertakan dengan jamuan.

Bayaran $350 dikenakan bagi bengkel sepanjang hari itu. Namun Yen@SMCCI akan menyediakan cara pembayaran fleksibel bagi mereka yang memerlukan bantuan kewangan.

It was a great week of buzyness for AbangAbu the whole week. Been not updating my facebook and also blog. Today is Sunday morning, AbangAbu manage to create sometime before going of for a office cleaning work and later attending a talk by samson.

Starting with the The Konvensyen DKSJ on sunday ,

It was a great feeling for me as MEKANIK $ were welcomed with lots of expectation , Many opportunities for Mekanik$ in Malaysia soon. Will be writing for some magazines soon in KL and also few Media Appereance will take place too in near future. The most important thing for AbangAbu is that the audience and participants want to learn more and more from Mekanik$.

There were also invitations to speak in few states in Malaysia too by certain organizations. AbangAbu want all prayers from all those who read this to the success of MEKANIK $ in his journey.

The next Day AbangAbu were in Kl spending time with my family . Berjaya Time Square , bowling and eating was what we do. It was fun to be with my family.

TIP from This – Have time to be invested with your family. That is the greatest from of investment.

On Tuesday had TALK @ Breakfast Meeting Great Eastern ( life Insurance Firm) A motivational cum sales talk.

This is a on kind of routine for me as an agency hired me to do bi-weekly coaching for this team. It always good to have super power students and high powered clients. Why? Because this make yo to be always motivated and learning to improve to keep you always ahead of them

TIP from This – Always have people who will push you to the max to deliver what you are capable of.

On Wednesday  AbangAbu was at Bt Batok Secondary school with one of my dearest friend and mentor Mr Nishant Kasibatha ( WORLD RECORD HOLDER FOR MEMORY). It has been always fun when we met especially in trainings. I learn many things from him about memory.

I would want to share just one of what i learn-  TIP for This – If you want to remember anything for lifetime jst have to revise 1 hour after you study , revise again after 1 day revise again after 1 week, revise again 1 month later and revise again after 6 months.

On Thursday morning had my management meeting as I missed the normal monday meeting. It was 2 hours meeting which ends around 12 and AbangAbu have to get ready to KL trip for the first GARAJ WANG workshop with my great friend and mentor IK.

AbangAbu experienced one of the longest bus journey to KL. AbangAbu took the coach at 2.30 pm with the expected normal travelling hours of 5. So that i will have time to get ready for the workshop that starts at 8pm.

I managed to inform IK about it and IK had started the session for 1 hour as schedule. I reached Mid Valley CitiTel hotel just 5 minutes from time for me to start. 9pm i reach and IK saw me and he was relief to see me. hehehehehe

And i was so happy as the turnout of more than 50 pax, lot more than we expected were all geared to get all the new information about Financial Engine that was fresh from Mekanik$.

I have to leave back to Singapore as soon the event finished around 12 mid night, As i have a morning workshop back in singapore .

Tip from This – No matter what we planned , we must always have our mind prepared to face unexpected.However you must not give up. Just believe that you will manage to get what you planed for.

Friday morning at 9am were at a training on family education. Learning to be a great parent. Tip and tricks of managing or kids. It is important to learn new techniques to keep us informed about parenting in this decade.

After friday prayers, around 6pm were at Singapore Institute of Management ( SIM) for a talk on entrepreneurship as  career to about 60 undergrads. It is always fun to energetic to be with young people. They will demand something extraordinary from speakers and presenters. This is why AbangAbu always wanted to be speaking in front of them. You will always be energetic. You will be fit for your other talk.

Tip from This – Understand how important is your stamina, in business as what in speaking too. Train with people that have more energy than you. This will increase your level.

Saturday was usual Program Bijak Belanja. 10am to 1pm and 2 pm to 5pm. It was at Siglap South CC. FANTASTIC sessions with more than 300 people attended and benefited.

One topic that was were discussed in detail was the part of giving donation. Sedekah in Malay.

Many agrees that it is important part of being a human. And the most important in getting the result from donate is by giving without expecting. And give with sincere( ikhlas in Malay)
