AbangAbu feel like writing in Malay my friends, and i think if you would like to know something that is quite powerful that i wanna share here.

AbangAbu ingin menceritakan satu perkara yang AbangAbu rasa harus ada pada semua induvidu. dan ianya mengenai Kejayaan.

Kejayaan adalah sesuatu yang amat subjectif , dan ianya membawa banyak makna yang berlainan kepada orang lain.

Ada yang menyangkakan bahawa mereka mendapat kejayaan ini adalah kerana mereka berusaha dan dengan penat lelah dan juga kerja teruk merekalah yang mereka berjaya. hmmmmm.

Walaupun kerja keras itu adalah sesuatu yang mesti dilakukanm dalam emncapai kejayaan , tetapi tanpa kasihan ALLAH , maka tak kana berjaya walau setakat mana kerasa sekalipun kita bekerja.Kita harus melakukan apa yang harus dilakukan dan kejayaan adalah hak Allah.

Allah saja yang memberikan kejayaan , dengan izin allah inilaha maka seseorang itu bole berjaya. Jadi kejayaan itu sebenarnya adalah milik Allah dan bukan milik kita…. kita dipilih oleh Allah untuk diberikan kejayaan tersebut. Dan ini sebenarnya tanggung jawap yang diberikan oleh Allah untuk kita gunakan kejayaan ini untuk menambah nilai kepada orang lain .

Sekiranya anda diberikan kejayaan dalam apa jua perkara maka pertama sekali anda harus faham kejayaan itu bukan milik anda sebaliknya milik ALLAH, dan anda hanya di berikan kejayaan itu supaya dengan kejayaan itu anda boleh membantu orang lain untuk juga berjaya.

Jadi, bagi AbangAbu kejayaan adalah satu pemberian kepada orang yang dipilih mengikut usaha mereka , dan dipertanggung jawapkan untuk membantuy orang lain juga berjaya.

Jadi jika seseorang itu angkuh dan riak akan kejayaan , maka dia tidak faham akan kebenaran sebenar kejayaan ini. Fikir fikirkan lah,,,, Semua orang boleh berjaya dan sebernarnya semua oprang dilahirkan sebagai orang yang berjaya…….

Hello, all my dear readers. I am overwhelmed with concern of people regarding my blog that been slow nowdays. AbangAbu will do best to update this regularly. The past weeks and also coming weeks will be very very busy weeks for AbangAbu. I am enjoying this journey.Now it is a test of my time management skill.

AbangAbu also felt that even with great time management it will be a great challenge. However there is another important thing that we should implement in our business. it is TEAM

With great teamwork we will be able to do more with less time. AbangAbu will share with you today on why you need a teamwork in business.

So lets do it . How to have great T E A M

T = TOGETHERNESS

Togetherness in any business ensures that the task at hand is executed with the help of a united effort. The significance of the togetherness effort is that the business organization that is concerned, functions like a single person, thereby enhancing the quality of the operations. There are, also, some other related factors, such as ensuring equality in profit sharing and division of work. It also helps the members/owners of the organization to maintain a very good system, that designates appropriate authority and responsibility. A united effort, also, reflects good team spirit.

E = EQUAL

equal and fair distribution of work within the organization. A fair work distribution ensures that every person or every working unit, executes any task at hand, with the best possible efficiency. The division of work, also, ensure that the work is done on time and deadlines are not extended.

A = ADVANTAGE

advantage of teamwork in business is that a person will be able to help and contribute another persons work. Assuming one of the member have some urgent matter to attend , his work can be done the other group members.

M= MASTER

Another very good advantage of teamwork in business is that a person is able to master in one specific field. That is, he can optimize the quality of the work that he does, and can also work with the maximum possible efficiency. This ensures a high quality output from all individuals and the whole team.

Build a team for your business as that might be the key for your business success.

Hey my friends . It has been some time already since i post. Been busy lately with great things happening around me. Wonderful.

Hmm lately , for you those reading my blog , i would like to share some rumours that happening at an organization that i am holding a post of chairman.
The Management want me to step down from holding the post as they feel i am not following SOP, and it was ridiculous reason that they give me… hahahah, The fact is that they have no SOP at all. They will never do things for the sake of really helping the target group that they say want to help and guide. It was so pity that the management people inside are not really doing the AMANAH that they swear during their appointment. I feel Shame of these group infact feel bad that i been in this kind of group.

Well , i am not into fighting for the post or the name from it, but i feel that i need some kind of professional reasons and ways to do that. And be frank , I believe that they are not prepared to help people , they are more focusing on getting their name or business benefit from the activities. I am completely upset with this kind of mentality.

And why should i share this in my blog? Well just to remind me and also the readers of my group to understand that when you are doing good things in life for the betterment of others, you will come across with people who will not be happy with the achievement that you showing. They will find reason to fail you , rather than find ways to make the thing better. I am really feel ashame with this kind of people.

So again , i would like to share the 3 things in making you stick , make you move on, and make it happen in whatever you plan and set are here.

1) put your intention clear on what you want. put it clearly into your mind. Keep remind your brain about it day by day by reading it, writing it again and visualize about it . Find strong reason you are doing it. Teh reason which i find so strong is when you do it for the CREATORS sake, not for anyone else.

2) You must feel GREAT and Excited no matter what happen in the journey. You might fall, you might hurt and in pain. But you will be excited in any moment. The most important thing you must have is the high energy to overcome, And energy is high when you are excited. no matter it is inside you or you show it outside , the most important is the energy. And being excited gives you the full power of energy. So when facing all sort  of challenges just be excited in going thru it. Yah…

3) FUN is the word, you enjoy and you choose to be in the JOY mood no matter what. JOY brings full of posibilities in your life. JOY brings happiness to all around you.

I am convinced that this 3 thing will be the most important rules to get what you want…….. in life for the people or the humanity. May Allah reward people who been doing great things for the humanity.

Alhamdullilah, It was a great event at AeU on 26/1/2012 in Kuala Lumpur.

AbangAbu had signed an MOU with AeU ( Asia e University) to develop and conduct a diploma program of PERSONAL FINANCE and SMALL BUSINESS. This will be done together with few professors and professionals.

The program will be very unique in its contents as well will be made practical, There will be marks and points will be given but no exams. The points can be use to do MASTERS programs in future. Beside that we are proving a real plan for action in the duration of the program which is 10 months,

This will be a great program for all those who are running small business, or those who want to start something small. Than this will be a great program .

We will provide more info soon.

Some points during my journey to these 3 capitals recently and something we can learn for our business.

K.L

K=Knowing People – This is something very important to do business in any part of the world. And in KL this will be a very great advantage for business people. So before doing business in KL do get to know people and resourceful contacts. Keep building your contacs in KL

L=Leverage – When you would like to do something always do it with someone who already doing it. Join them , work with them or create synergy with them. This is the best thing rather than trying out on your own.

JKT

J= Just Do it – Something interesting in Jakarta is about just do it. And it will always need adjustments on the journey. There will never be a perfect plan that you can follow. You have to just begin and adjust on the journey as how perfect your plan can be , you will face time to change your plans when you do business in Jakarta.

K= Keep Doing – The secret of getting bigger success is about keep doing what been working for you and get it bigger by expanding or grow it. That is the key for your business to get the momentum and stay strong in the industry.

T=Tradition – What i mean with this , to be in the indonesian market and get support from domestic , than you have to be traditionally blended with whatever your concept be. Tradition is one of the strong reason for locals to support. These is because indonesian are the most patriotic among all 3 capitals. So blend everything with tradition and your business will score better.

SG.

S= Skill - If you want to do business in Singapore than make sure you have some skills that the locals lack of. And one thing that i notice that the locals lack compared to the other 2 capitals is the skill of taking risk . So develop that skill of taking risk when you enter singapore for business.

G= Good /Great – And to score big in Singapore than make sure you and your business are good even better great. This is what the people of singapore will look for. The price is always secondary for singaporean in general, but quality come first. So thats the secret in making it big in Singapore.

AbangAbu have give you some tips and my own personal observation about what you need to do or develop to succeed in these 3 capitals.

AbangAbu were at the biggest marketing conference in Indonesia last week under invitation.

Its always amazing to see successful businesses as well entrepreneurs who make it big in their entrepreneurial journey. And sometime i wonder what make them so successful yet many are struggling to even get started or maintain what they had started.

I been studying many of the successful people what the secret behind their success. And I got some thing interesting. They act DIFFERENT and that is the reason of their success. So the secret is DIFFERENT.

What can we do to be DIFFERENT and be successful too. The answer is be DIFFERENT. So lets get started with DIFFERENT.

D= Define Specific Goals

What this means is that many successful people define their goals and target with specific details whereas the not successful people will have goals that are not clear. Example , its always better to have a goal of “lose 10 kg” rather than “lose some weight” . Knowing what you want clearly will keep you motivated till you get it there.

I= Increase Chance of Success

Successful people seize the moment by doing the plans in advance. They decide when and where they will take each action and step. Research shows that planning will help your brain to detect and seize the opportunity when it arise . This will increase your chances of getting what you want by 300%. So get yourself planned.

F=Forward Looking

They have forward looking attitude by engaging positive energy in them as well this build confidence and believe to keep going and getting the result they want. Again they plan by acknowledging that success will never come easy without planning. So plan forward clearly that motivates you. “Look at the sun and the shadows falls behind”

F=Focus Getting Better

One of the thing that successful people do different is that they focus on doing something better than anyone else. Believing you have the ability to reach your goals is important, but so is believing you can get the ability. Many of us believe that our intelligence, our personality, and our physical aptitudes are fixed — that no matter what we do, we won’t improve. As a result, we focus on goals that are all about proving ourselves, rather than developing and acquiring new skills.

E = Everlasting Grit

Grit is a willingness to commit to long-term goals, and to persist in the face of difficulty. Studies show that gritty people obtain more education in their lifetime,

The good news is, if you aren’t particularly gritty now, there is something you can do about it. People who lack grit more often than not believe that they just don’t have the innate abilities successful people have. If that describes your own thinking …. well, there’s no way to put this nicely: you are wrong. As I mentioned earlier, effort, planning, persistence, and good strategies are what it really takes to succeed. Embracing this knowledge will not only help you see yourself and your goals more accurately, but also do wonders for your grit.

R= Rebuild Willpower

They keep re building their will power with taking up new challenges. To build willpower, take on a challenge that requires you to do something you’d honestly rather not do. Example of giving up high-fat snacks, do 100 sit-ups a day,  try to learn a new skill. When you find yourself wanting to give in, give up, or just not bother — don’t. Start with just one activity, and make a plan for how you will deal with troubles when they occur (“If I have a craving for a snack, I will eat one piece of fresh or three pieces of dried fruit.”) It will be hard in the beginning, but it will get easier, and that’s the whole point. As your strength grows, you can take on more challenges and step-up your self-control workout. Lets do it and see how your willpower.

E= Enjoy challenges

They love challenges and take it as a platform to improve. They will look for new challenges and find ways to go thru it.

They will have fun while doing what they suppose to do. They just enjoy every moment going thru the challenges.

N= Never temp Fate

No matter how strong your willpower muscle becomes, it’s important to always respect the fact that it is limited, and if you overtax it you will temporarily run out of steam. Don’t try to take on two challenging tasks at once, if you can help it (like quitting smoking and dieting at the same time). And don’t put yourself in harm’s way — many people are overly-confident in their ability to resist temptation, and as a result they put themselves in situations where temptations abound. Successful people know not to make reaching a goal harder than it already is.

T = Track Your progress

Achieving any goal also requires honest and regular monitoring of your progress — if not by others, then by you yourself. If you don’t know how well you are doing, you can’t adjust your behavior or your strategies accordingly. Check your progress frequently — weekly, or even daily, depending on the goal.

AbangAbu sure that with these different that you take in your life you are in the correct direction of achieving success.

Alhamdullilah , it was a great 4 days of complete training for a group of youth from Beranang , Selangor. 16 youths were with AbangAbu under go Kem Bisnes bersama AbangAbu.

In the program we had also listen to 2 successful entrepreneurs who share their business journey and ultimately both of them emphasis on the important on saving and creating that positive cashflow and reserve in business.

T= TAKE RISK

No Guts,No Glory. Creating and building wealth needs risk taking. You need to do it in order to know if it will work. And you must be prepared to also face challenges and ready with options when that happen.

Every successful millionaires take risk and many had fallen many times. In a recent LiveWire Shell event , i listen to Mr Teo Ser Luck who shared where he failed in many ventures and succeed in 2 ventures that cover up all the losses from failed ventures. Take Risk coming with never Give Up attitude. So dont be afraid to take risk, just make sure it is a calculated risk. meaning you know what will happen if it never happen.

H=Have Spending Plan
